Good Morning, Sunshines :)
  I decided to share a few quick recipes I have recently discovered & have fallen in LOVE with! A fresh minty cleanse along with some sweet tooth fixtures!
First Up- Fresh Lemon Ging-ie water to keep in your fridge -
Cut up who PEELED cucumber - Ginger shavings ( FRESH FRESH FRESH ) 3 lemons *squeezing the ends in) - and 10-12 mint leaves. Let sit in fridge for at least 12 hours before enjoying your first sip ;)
FYI* I added a few scoops of SPLENDA to add SWEETNESS <3
GREAT for post- workouts!

Next Up- Sweet Potato Chips
Made a little thicker so of course you can call them FRIES as well ;)
Slices sweet potato- coated with all natural veggie & LIGHTLY sprinkled organic brown sugar and cinnamon on top! Baked at 350 for 45 min! Delish & the boys LOVED LOVED LOVED
